TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE SALE OF PHOTOGRAPHS

These terms and conditions govern the sale of photographs by Daniel O'Brien Photography, based in Craughwell, Co. Galway, Ireland. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Prices and Payment

All prices are in euro and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment by credit or debit card through our online payment system.

Delivery

We will use reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time, which will be provided to you at the time of purchase. We will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time.

Refunds and Returns

We take great care to ensure that our photographs are of the highest quality. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please note that we cannot accept returns of custom orders or digital downloads.

Ownership and Copyright

All photographs remain the property of Daniel O'Brien Photography until payment is made in full. The copyright in all photographs remains with Daniel O'Brien Photography. You may not reproduce or use the photographs for any commercial or non-commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any loss or damage arising from the sale of photographs shall be limited to the purchase price of the photographs.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from the sale of photographs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
